تتطرق الدراسة إلى إحدى أكثر إشكاليات التحول الديمقراطي تعقيدا و هي العلاقات المدنية-العسكرية فالمؤسسة العسكرية في دول كالجزائر أو تركيا لها تأثير عميق في الحياة السياسية حيث تمثل العلاقات المدنية-العسكرية معضلة كبيرة في عملية التحول الديمقراطي.
فمن خلال عملية مقارنة لمسار الانتقال و التحول الديمقراطي في الجزائر و تركيا تبين أن البلدين تقاطعتا في أكثر من مرحلة تاريخية لكن نتائج الإصلاحات كانت مختلفة.
Abstract EN
The study deals with one of the most complex democratic transition problems, which is civil-military relations.
The military establishment in countries such as Algeria or Turkey has a profound influence; as civil-military relations represent a major problem in the process of democratic transformation.
Through a comparison process for the path of transition in Algeria and Turkey, it was found that the civilmilitary relations in the two countries have intersected in more than one historical stage, but the results of the reforms were different.
