Abstract EN

This paper aims to show that the Islamic State is an idea exportable to different territories of the world on the one hand, on the other hand that its dissemination in the vicinity of Algeria, which defeated terrorism military, represents a challenge.

It appears that the group of the Islamic State has not disappeared following the loss of its geographical continuity in Iraq and Syria; it has even managed to be exported to other spaces around the world, such as North America, and Western Europe, where isolated individuals have committed stabbing attacks in the name of this group against citizens.

The African continent has also seen the execution of jihadist operations by elements claiming to be Islamic State, positioning themselves in competition with groups already presents, such as:" Al-Qaida", "Boko Haram", and the "Shebab", at the borders of Algeria as in the case in Tunisia, Libya, Mali, an Niger.
