Fighting the phenomenon of terrorism requires the use of a holistic approach with concerted efforts from all parts of society as well as the use of mass media to deal with the subversive activities of terrorist groups and their "ideological aspect", so that the article can highlight the relationship between mass media and general security, as well as the role of the security media in this area, based on some theoretical frameworks in this field and related to the field of psychology of security or theories such as the "Gatekeeping" theory or the "Vaccination or Immunisation" theory, where the study led to a series of results, perhaps the most important of which is the need to immunise young people against destructive activities through duplication of information and awareness.
