تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لدراسة موقع المؤسسة العسكرية في عملية التحول السياسي في مصر، و ذلك انطلاقا من رصد و تحليل الاعتبارات التاريخية للنخبة العسكرية التي أكسبت المؤسسة العسكرية في مصر أهمية بالغة في الحياة السياسية عموما و الحياة الاقتصادية بشكل خاص، محاولين بذلك دراسة البعد الاقتصادي من خلال ما يعرف بالظاهرة العسكرية التي كان لها واسع الأثر على المشهد الاقتصادي و على الاستقرار السياسي

This research paper aims to study the position of the military institution in the process of political transition in Egypt, based on monitoring and analyzing the historical considerations of the military elite, which have made the military establishment in Egypt of great importance in political life in general and economic life in particular, trying to study the economic dimension through what It is known as the military phenomenon that had a wide impact on the economic scene and on political stability
