Nigeria is one of the largest and most important African countries in which wealth is abundant and spread across all regions and destinations of the country.

However, the poor distribution of these wealth in the country has affected the development process in it, and this is what we will discuss in this article, diagnosing the development problems caused by poor distribution and deprivation, which have increased high rates of poverty and unemployment, which led to the disruption of its development trajectory; The results of the study concluded that poor distribution and inequality are two reasons for the spread of poverty, which in turn leads to violence in all its forms and thus disrupts the development process, and its success in Nigeria is linked to tackling and overcoming these disincentives
