The Iranian nuclear file, after the signing of the 2015 Vienna Agreement, posed new challenges on the paths of American and European relations with Iran, and the study aimed at a comparative analysis of the margin of the negotiation movement of the United States of America and the European Community in its treatment of the matrix of "threats" and "interests" that it is raised by the "Iranian case".

The Iranian nuclear file constitutes a "case" of a test of Atlantic solidarity in the face of "nuclear threats," which poses a major challenge to the European options demanding a preponderance between the opportunities for economic and trade partnership with Iran, and the duty of "Atlantic solidarity" with the American policy towards the "Iranian file", which has remained captive.

The crisis environment, which was established cumulatively over more than four decades, raises the need to develop new perceptions of partnerships to get out of the chronic strategic clash impasse.
