Abstract EN

Corruption is one of the most widespread phenomenons in human societies inherent to the human conduct over the history.

In spite of the regime changing and human life developing, corruption still widespread strongly at many domains and levels especially in authoritarian regimes.

For that reason, studying this phenomenon is scientifically an urgent necessity.

Determining and specifying this phenomenon is the principal factor to understand it and to determine its treatment mechanisms.

we will try, through this study, to specify the significant framework of corruption, its reasons, forms, dangers and effects.
