يسعى هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة المتلازمات اللفظية باعتبارها سمة من سمات النص القانوني.
نتناول في المقام الأول الخصائص الرئيسة للنص القانوني و من ثم نحاول تقديم تعريف للمتلازمة اللفظية عموما و المتلازمة اللفظية القانونية خصوصا مع ذكر مختلف الأشكال التي يمكن أن تتجسد فيها.
وفي الأخير سنعنى بالترجمة العربية للمتلازمات القانونية المستخدمة في اللغة الفرنسية و ذلك بغرض تقفي أثر هذه المتلازمات عند نقلها إلى لغة الضاد.
Abstract EN
The purpose of this article is to highlight the phenomenon of collocations as a feature of the legal text.
We will first discuss the main features of the legal text.
Secondly, we will try to present a definition of collocation in general and legal collocation in particular as well as the different forms in which it could occur.
And finally, we will look at the Arabic translation of French legal collocations, in order to follow the fate of these collocations during their transfer to the language of Dâd.

L’objectif du présent article est de mettre en exergue le phénomène des collocations en tant que caractéristique du texte juridique.
Nous aborderons, en premier lieu, les principales caractéristiques du texte juridique.
Nous tenterons, en second lieu, de présenter une définition de la collocation en général et la collocation juridique en particulier ainsi que les différentes formes sous lesquelles elle pourrait se présenter.
Et pour finir, nous pencherons sur la traduction Arabe de collocations juridiques françaises, et ce afin de suivre le sort de ces collocations lors de leur transfert vers la langue du Dâd.
