A foggy situation that can be identified through the approval of the Algerian legislation in regulating what is called mutual insurance for some of the legal foundations on which solidarity insurance is based sometimes, and contradicting them at other times, which leads us to say that it is not possible to say that the Algerian legislator recognizes solidarity insurance, but it can be said that There is a starting point for establishing this type of insurance.
