That's why it is considered the model way for the regularity of all the money exchanges and commercial transactions via the Internet, computer networks and the different numerical systems.

Unlike the traditional money, the electronic money can engender many risks which may eventually hinder buyers and sellers with their transactions.

Thus the aim of this research work is to give a plain explanation about the different forms and specifications of such a commercial practice.

Besides, I will focus on its main features and some of the unexpected dangers from using it.
