Safety and prevention in the workplace are considered essential functions for any establishment that takes seriously the safety of its workers and their protection from occupational hazards, that is to say that each establishment takes care of '' apply a set of regulations to workspaces with the intention of securing them.

And psychological factors are also considered among the most influential factors on the health and safety of personnel in these workplaces, in the sense that these environments see the emergence of various social interactions and personality types, individual differences within these workplaces.

groups of workers, at the levels of cognitive, mental and emotional aspects, such as perception, attention and intelligence, observed in workers.

And as these environments in question are experiencing an increase in work accidents that managers have to deal with, by applying only the procedures and standards of professional safety in these spaces; And in this sense, psychologists are called upon to take charge of the behavioral and emotional peculiarities of staff, and deal with all psychological dimensions to preserve health, identify the dangers for the well-being of workers and the establishment.
