The prescription goes through two basic phases; the preparation phase, and the implementation phase, both the doctor and the pharmacist contribute to these two stages, because the task of one completes the task of the other.

This is why each of them should be aware of the conditions for the validity of the prescription and the legality of its implementation.

So if the doctor edits them according to certain elements, the pharmacist executes them according to organized controls.

However, if this is the origin of how matters work, then the reality has proven contrary to what we have observed of violations of the laws in dispensing medicines without a prescription, that is, in an illegal manner.

This is what made us address this topic to clarify the provisions of the prescription between what is in (the current reality), and what should be (the respect of the laws).
