تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر المعلومات المنتشرة حول فيروس كوفيد 19 على ضغوط العمل لدى عمال مؤسسة عموري للآجر ببسكرة و للقيام بذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال التحليل نتائج أداة الاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه على مجموعة من عمال مؤسسة عموري للآجر ببسكرة (40 موظف).
وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها أن المعلومات المنتشرة حول فيروس كوفيد 19 تفسر 14% من التغيرات الحاصلة في ضغوط العمل لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة
Abstract EN
The study aims to determine the effect of the spreading information about the Covid 19 virus on the work pressures of the workers of the Amouri Taxi Corporation in Biskra, to do so, the descriptive analytical approach was relied on by analyzing the results of the questionnaire tool that was distributed to a group of Ammori Taxi Corporation workers in Biskra (40 employees ).
The study concluded with many results, the most important of which is that the information spread about the Covid 19 virus explains 14% of the changes in work stress among the employees of the institution under study
