This article comes in an overwhelming movement at all levels and fields to discuss the jurisprudence industry and the general methodology that Islamic jurisprudence scholars adopted in dealing with crises and pandemics.

This is reflected in the revival of the renewal, taking into account the reconciliatory dimension, the doctrinal, the political, the social, and the rule of blocking pretexts.

In this research, the inductive and descriptive approach was used.

The research will lead to an indication of the persistence of the rules of deduction and deduction on the facts of our scholars, and their approach to in dealing with crises and emergencies throughout Islamic history, and that the fatwa process, the closer it is to reality in its various dimensions, the closer to the truth, the more favorable and the more beneficial.
