يعتبر إعلان نيويورك من أجل اللاجئين و المهاجرين لعام 2016 بمثابة الإعلان السياسي الكاشف للمسؤولية المشتركة للدول حول الحماية الدولية لحقوق الإنسان للمهاجرين و اللاجئين فهو يدعو إلى ضرورة التزام الدول بالأسس و المبادئ و المعايير التي تفضي إلى تبني اتفاق عالمي بشأن الهجرة الآمنة و المنظمة و القانونية و اتفاق عالمي بشأن اللاجئين في آفاق 2018 تشارك في إعدادهما كل الفواعل الحكومية وغير الحكومية بالاعتماد على أسس و معايير الحوكمة العالمية للهجرة.
Abstract EN
The New York Declaration on Refugees and Migrants of 2016 considered as a political declaration, which revealed the common responsibility of States relating to the international protection of human rights of migrants and refugees.
It calls states to abide necessarily by the bases, principles and standards that lead to the adoption of a global agreement on safe, orderly and legal migration, and a global agreement on refugees in prospects of 2018.
All governmental and non-governmental actors participate in the preparation of these agreements, and their participation is based on the principles and standards of global governance of migration.
