Abstract EN

By following a foundational and investigative tools according the descriptive analytical method; the aim of this research is to demonstrate the precepts of Islam in the rules of prevention and control of the epidemic within the "preventing mischiefs" is better than bringing benefits" rule by legislating effective means of preserving human self, the approach adopted in dealing with the epidemic and its consequences included three aspects: Belief aspect (belief in Allah and satisfaction with fate and destiny), devotional and practical aspect (quarantine with hygiene and medication) and economic aspect (rationalization of consumption and conservation of resources).

At the end of the research, the Islamic Law primacy was approved in its urge to apply quarantine and the principles of hygiene, while emphasizing faith ascending and good consumer behavior as important in maintaining health and preventing the epidemic.
