The study aimed at identifying the level of application of time management to the famale directors of driving schools in Setif, as well as identifying the extent of the effect of seniority years on their time management, as relied on the descriptive analytical, and the distribution of a questionnaire It consists of (16) phrases divided into two axes, and the psychometric properties of the tool have been verified by calculating the structural validity and the stability of the tool using alpha Cronbach for internal consistency, while the research sample was intentionally chosen and the total number (20) was managed out of (24) Director, was relied on The Statistical Packages Program for Social Studies (SPSS) for conducting statistical data processing using a set of statistical methods in order to analyze the data obtained such as iterations, ratios and percentages, in addition to the Pearson correlation coefficient and the “T” test as well as the anova, so that the study finally reaches the following results: -The level of time management application for principals of driving schools in Setif Province was high.

-The time management of famale principals of driving schools is not different for different years of seniority.
