ميزت السياسة التجارية الجزائرية بتقلبها بين سياستي التحرير و الحماية " الاحتكار و التأميم" و هذا بحسب الظروف الاقتصادية التي مرت بها الجزائر.
و لعل من أهم العوامل المؤثرة في الاقتصاد الجزائري هو قطاع المحروقات بما يكتسبه من أهمية في هيكل الاقتصاد الوطني.
في هذه الدراسة سعينا لدراسة هذه العلاقة بين السياسة التجارية و أزمات تراجع أسعار المحروقات في الأسواق العالمية و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التغيرات التي حصلت في السياسة التجارية كانت بمثابة ردة فعل ظرفية وتحت ضغط الأزمة و لذا فان كثيرا من الخطوات تمت مراجعتها أو التراجع عنها بعد فترة و جيزة من تبنيها كما أن ما استمر في تطبيقه لم تصل إلى الأهداف المسطرة لها.
Abstract EN
Algerian trade policy has been characterized by its fluctuation between liberalization and protection "monopoly and nationalization", depending on the economic situation experienced by Algeria.
The Algerian economy, which is much undiversified, remains very dependent on the oil and gas sector, which represent nearly a third of the GDP, and 97% of export earnings, making this strategic sector the most influential on economic and trade policies.
The aims of this contribution is to clarify the relationship between the falling oil prices crises and changes in Algerian trade policy
