Abstract EN

The SME sector has become of great importance in most countries around the world.

This is due to the prominent roles that this type of institution plays in shaping a competitive economic fabric.

Therefore, the world countries have an impulse to pay attention and focus on SMEs through the policies of promotion and habilitation.

Similarly, Algeria is interested in SMEs and the policies to promote them especially the habilitation policy.

Whereby this latter plays a pioneering role in developing the SMEs from different aspects to put them in the ranks of competitive enterprises.

Consequently, Algeria created an agency for promoting and developing SMEs that concerned with the execution and monitoring the national habilitation programs.
