As a new model for economic development the circular economy enjoys environmental economic and social benefits highlighting the replacement of the notion of “ end of life” in current production and conception practices by reusing and recycling waste in production and consumption processes.

Sustainable development is the primary goal that all countries of the world seek to achieve this study aims to show the role of the circular economy in achieving the strategic dimension of sustainable development by presenting the role of technical backfill center in Algeria in adopting the circular economy and its role in achieving the aforementioned dimensions.
