Les chercheurs et les professionnels ont fait preuve de témoin que le discours du linguiste Abelrahmane Hadj Salah est doté d’une qualité scientifique, suite aux caractéristiques d’objectivité, de la précision et de la rigueur……L’objectif de cet article est d’exploré les principales caractéristiques de la théorie néo-khaliliene a partir duquel on a déterminé le concept du discours linguistique à travers le contenu issu de théorie néo-khaliliene, ainsi nous avons développé les principaux caractéristiques scientifiques sur le plan: terminologique, réseau conceptuel et enfin méthodologie
