Abstract EN

This study aims to find out the effect of participatory management constraints on organizational commitment from the point of view of the employees of the Trade Directorate of the State of Jijel, where the descriptive and analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was distributed on 220 employees.

The results of the study found that there is a level of participatory management impediments and the level of organizational commitment is not high in the directorate under study, and also found a non-high level of participation and commitment management impediments, and it appears that there is a negative impact of each of the management impediments to participation on the organizational commitment of employees In the Directorate of Commerce in the state of Jijel.
