As the situation in many Arab countries continues to experience large, widespread protests and uprisings as part of the so-called Arab Spring, Libya is also concerned about the war that has broken out and is still going on.

The crisis started in 2011with the First Civil War, and a second civil war provoked again in 2014; these wars had led to the end of Kadafi' Political Regime who ruled the country for 42 years; besides the considerable material and human losses, the crisis generated a conflict between several powers and internal fronts who became the serious actors and parts in the crisis, and in the same time; they are considered as the reason of failure in resolving it, because of the tribal and clan struggles, especially with the intervention of the external parts, and due to that, it became more complicated, through supporting a part over the other one according to their interests, and this increased the severity of the situation and its consequences which provoked countries to intervene
