The trips agreement on trade related aspects of intellectual property rights places obligations on members to protect the elements of the industrial property.

Such as; it obligates the members to provide a period of legal protection of the industrial property rights stated in the agreement.

Moreover: it dictates rights to these countries.

This is for limiting the monopolistic rights by its owners with the internal politics of each member in the trips agreement.

This may poses the query of effectiveness of this judgments and its ability to protect the elements of the industrial property? This study aims to describe and analyze the agreement judgments of protecting the industrial property, in order to achieve an effective development in the developing countries.
