Abstract EN

This study aims to explain the impact of ethical leadership on the organizational social capital of university professors, and adopts a field research approach, where data were collected from 100 professors from the University of Badji Mokhtar - Annaba, using a scale which has been developed for this purpose.

Throughout the technique of Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and applying it to the SmartPLS3 software, the study concluded that the ethical leadership of the officials largely influence the three dimensions of organizational social capital (relational, structural, and cognitive).
