Abstract EN

This study aims to inform the necessary procedures for the implementation of government expenditures in Algeria, where the theoretical framework for government expenditures was identified, in addition to the divisions of government expenditures in the Algerian legislation, as well as the stages of implementing government expenditures, their estimation, control, and methods of payment.

Among the most important findings of this study is that the procedures for implementing government expenditures in Algeria are characterized by a kind of slow and complexity, which makes the simplification of these procedures and the consolidation of popular and parliamentary oversight is necessary to increase their effectiveness.
