Accordingly, the paper recommended The necessity of setting a framework for fiscal governance, especially spending, to reduce the waste of public money and the potential for debt bias, which would expand the financial space for economic resumption and this through a set of procedures and measures for the wise management of revenues through fiscal stimulus and collection processes and by rationalizing expenditures.
