تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العوامل التي مكنت الشركات الناشئة من تحقيق النمو الفائق، و بحث أسباب تحول بعض هذه الشركات إلى شركات أحادية القرن؛ لذا فقد تم الاعتماد على قائمة الشركات المدرجة في منصة شركة (CB insights) عام 2019.
تم التوصل إلى أن هذه الشركات تنمو من خلال الابتكار و براءات الاختراع و إدارة التغيير.
و هي تتركز في أفضل الدول المنتجة للتكنولوجيا و الدول التي تتبنى سياسات واضحة للابتكار كالصين و الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
الصناعات الرائدة حسب مجالات هذه الشركات هي : التكنولوجيا المالية، و برامج الأنترنت، و التجارة الالكترونية و الذكاء الاصطناعي، و كلها صناعات تقنية، أما الصناعات الرائدة غير التقنية ذات الصلة بقطاع التكنولوجيا فنجد الصحة و الإمدادات و المركبات.
Abstract EN
This study aims to investigate the factors that enabled start-ups to achieve super-growth, and to examine the reasons for the transformation of some of these companies into unicorn companies.
Therefore, the list of companies listed on the CB insights platform in 2019 has been approved.
These companies grow through innovation, patents and change management.
They are concentrated in the best technology producing countries and countries with clear innovation policies.
The leading industries according to the fields of these companies are financial technology, internet programs, electronic commerce and artificial intelligence, all of which are technical industries.
As for the leading nontechnical industries related to the technology sector, we find health, supplies and vehicles
