Abstract EN

The present study aims to highlight the application of the digital system in the Algerian banks, where in the last decade of the last century certain economic reforms have been initiated in different areas, including the reform of the system Bank.

This was reflected in the issuance of the legislative and regulatory provisions that facilitate the adaptation with the environmental variables Bank.

As a result, the use of the digital economy in the banks, became a modernization gateway through the incorporation of ICT into their activities, is seen as a necessity to stay updated with the latest development, and integrated with the global economy.

Furthermore, such endeavors have already been reflected in the emergence of several e-commerce practices, at certain active banks in the Algerian market.

This study concludes that such practices are still being developed compared to the international arena in the discussed field.

which is due to a large number of interrelated obstacles and uncontrollable disabilities in the electronic transaction's risk, customer's distrust and lack of awareness in such transactions, employers' lack of experience in this field, the underdevelopment of the technological and communication means used in the e-exchange services, not to forget the legal vacuum that protects the customer from the risks of the electronic transaction.
