Abstract EN

This study aims to determinate and research situation and importance of electronic education in Algerian university during corona pandemic.

To answer the above, we tested the following hypotheses: Technological development and global knowledge revolution are the two main reasons for adopting an e-learning in Algerian universities, e-learning is considered as an accompanying and a complement of traditional education in corona's period, Algeria has several potentials which help to rank among the first countries in the world in the success of e-learning, And for this subject, we used the descriptive method.

In the end, we concluded several results, which the most important is that the e- learning become an inevitable necessity for universities and its application is possible not only in crisis but even in stable situation of a country in parallel of traditional education because it offers many advantages and opportunities for all parties of education university process.
