Rental financing emerged as a modern method that works to meet the financing needs of institutions with flexibility commensurate with economic developments, as it includes many advantages and advantages that made it a strong competitor to many other financing sources, and this method has met with great success in various countries of the world, but despite this we find The use of this type of financing in Algeria is still modest and therefore this study aims to shed light on the reality of the leasing market in Algeria and its future prospects while highlighting the various obstacles that prevent its development, as this study concluded that the success of the rental finance market in Algeria is contingent on removing obstacles Which stands as a barrier to its expansion while working to provide conditions conducive to the development of dealing with this technology, and this must be done with the participation of all actors in this market, including public authorities, companies and banks.
