Through the issuance of the e-commerce law 05-18, the Algerian legislature aims to regulate the conduct of electronic commercial transactions by trying to define the obligations of both parties, namely the electronic supplier and the electronic consumer, so the study seeks to highlight the most important peculiarities that the responsibility of the electronic supplier possesses as a professional party familiar with the technical aspects that characterize it.

Such transactions, with the most prominent penalties for violating them, in order to impose protection on the weak side of the "electronic consumer" and to maintain the contractual balance in the complex digital environment.
