Abstract EN

The legal principles of the environment serve as the basis of the rules for preventing the dangers of natural disasters to enable the human settlements, the activities that harbour them and their environment, in general, to be integrated within the goal of maintaining sustainable development.

All the principles to be addressed in this paper are governing the built environment, in particular, inspired mainly by international environmental law; including principles protected by legal protection, either under Law N°.

03-10 and/or Law N°.

04-20; another part of the principles are protected by the same legal protection, with constitutional protection.
