Abstract EN

This research deals with measures related to the protection of the national product in the field of foreign trade.

As it was stated in the Algerian constitution (article19): "organizing foreign trade is the speciality of state, the law determines and monitored the practice of foreign trade".

the state seeks to balance between protection and liberalization in this field to conserve the national products to construct an integrated national economy; Therfore, it wants to join the WTO as the biggest international economic bloc based on a set of principles that must be respected by member states, There is a problem of agreement or disagreement of these national measures with the international standards and principles of WTO.

In this regard: the study concluded a set of result including: the state relies on administrative restrictions in order to restrict the access to networks which is against the principles in free trade transactions.
