إن الوصول إلى نزاهة العملية الانتخابية وضمان خلوها من أي تزوير أو تحريف لنتائجها هو هدف تسعى للوصول إليه الأنظمة الديمقراطية لذلك غالبا ما تحيطها بمجموعة من الضمانات القانونية التي يحددها الدستور و كذا النظام الانتخابي و تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على دور السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات باعتبارها مؤسسة دستورية تم النص عليها في التعديل الدستوري لعام 2020 وتم تنظيمها بموجب الأمر 21-01 المتضمن القانون العضوي المتعلق بنظام الانتخابات منحت لها صلاحية التحضير و الإشراف و الرقابة على العملية الانتخابية من بدايتها إلى غاية إعلان النتائج الأولية و بالتالي تعتبر آلية مؤسساتية لضمان نزاهة و شفافية العمليات الانتخابية في الجزائر.
Abstract EN
Achieving the integrity of the electoral process and ensuring that it is free from any falsification or distortion of its results is a goal that democratic regimes seek to achieve.
Therefore, they are often surrounded by a set of legal guarantees specified by the constitution as well as the electoral system.
Therefore, this study aims to stand on the role of the Independent NationalElections Authority as A constitutional institution that was stipulated in the Constitutional Amendment for the year 2020 and was organized according to the decree 21-01 containing the organic law related to the electoral system in Algeria.
