This research paper contains a legal traitement of the conceptunal framework of partnership contracts between public and private sector, so we defined it legislatively and jurisricly and we set its types, then we go into it's precedural rules wether on national or international level and we set the general principales for organizing partnership contracts, starting with the announcement where the contract subject to concurrence principale and equality of opportunities and transparency and primal evaluation from the administration in a specific kind of partnership contracts such as the bot contact, and also the administration practice its exceptional authorities over it in the control and the adjustment.
