The Provisions Of International Humanitarian Law Aim To Provide Protection And Respect For Everyone Who Does Not Participate In Military Operations, Under The Slogan Of Mercy In The Midst Of War, And Protection Provisions Vary According To The Target Groups, As We Find General Protection Prescribed For All Civilians And For All Who Participate In Hostilities, And We Find Special Protection Systems For The Decision.

For Specific Groups, And Among The Groups That Enjoy Special Protection, We Find Journalists And War Correspondents, Who Work During Armed Conflicts, And The Protection Systems Established For Them Differ According To Whether They Are Civilians Or Military Personnel, And The Provisions Of International Humanitarian Law Give Them Special Provisions To Protect Them In The Event They Fall Into Captivity And The Specialized International Organizations, Led By The International Committee Of The Red Cross, Play Important Roles In Providing Protection And Respect For Journalists And War Correspondents.
