Thanks to modern communication technologies in the conclusion of electronic contracts existing in the digital environment, the contracting parties have the possibility to express their will through the so-called electronic data exchange system, through which the offer is expressed, which is considered the first necessary element of satisfaction for the establishment of the contract, whether in traditional contract or in electronic contracts.

However, the offer in the electronic contracts is characterized by a certain confidentiality, and it also raises legal questions, and this is what will be studied.
