in the process of this study, We want to demonstrate the effectiveness according to the French School In Comparative Literature.

Therefore We searched in the libraries of Arab, Iranian, sources and references required, and analyzed the poems of Mohammad Ali Shams-ol-din and Comparing his Poetry with the poetry of Hafez to prove that He has influenced by Hafez, applying In this case the analytical method .

The results indicate that he is influenced in her poetry by Hafez clearly.

Particularly in the odes"في شيرازيات" and did not see any influence of Hafiz by Mohammad Ali Shams-ol-din.
