The statutes of the International Criminal Courts enshrined the principle of international responsibility for individuals, and in return provided a legal protection against any form of physical or verbal violence or cruel treatment, as determined by the relevant international conventions, whether at the stage of investigation or trial with them or in the implementation phase, penalties issued against them.

And considering that convicts do not – often- spend their sentence at the headquarters of the International Criminal Courts, but rather in the territory of one of the countries concerned with implementation, therefore it was necessary to study how and procedures for implementing the penalties issued by these courts through the national judicial bodies, in order to achieve the desired objectives of their creation, ensure that there is no impunity.
