Abstract EN

The basic aim to put the law on competition is to avoid all practices restricting competition, in order to increase economic efficiency and improving the living conditions of the consumers especially the prohibited accords.

Consequently, to the dangerous impact of these practices to the national economy The Algerian legislature takes care to ensure its prohibition in the order 03-03 on competition (amended and complemented).

This is what makes us consider in this study the most important legal mechanisms to protect freecompetition from anti-competitive accords
