The study aims to accomplish an initial step to get acquainted with some of the counseling skills for the professor of physical education and sports, Likewise, how these skills affect students 'learning motivation, So we relied in our study on the descriptive approach, as our sample included 200 students from the middle stage, Where it was randomly chosen in terms of (gender, age), The study instrument consisted mainly of: the motivation scale of learning and the navigation performance card of the professor of physical and sports education, The results of the study indicated that the indicative skills of a professor of physical and sports education influence both the interest index and the desire to learn and the positive trend indicator towards physical and sports education.
