This led the parliament to play an important role in the formation of Israeli foreign policy toward the Arab countries in the period 1977-1984 because the Knesset directly affects the Israeli external decision-makers, despite the multiparty and varied trends of the political currents, Which is of interest to the State of Israel and not partisan interests.
