The current research aims to build an educational design based on the proposed modern .strategies for developing language skills To achieve the goal of the research; The researcher followed the descriptive curriculum procedures, as the researcher prepared a proposed educational design that included educational objectives, educational content in light of the topics of the Arabic language book for the second intermediate grade, appropriate modern teaching strategies, accompanying activities, teaching aids, and evaluation methods .

The researcher used four proposed modern strategies: (Al-Sharifi, Al-Mousawi, Al-Sultani and Al-Amiri strategies) The researcher prepared the search tool, which is a test of language skills, distributed among the four language skills, and the researcher verified the validity and reliability of the test, extracted the discriminatory powers and the difficulty coefficient of the paragraphs, and the researcher built a standard for correcting the test, and verified its validity after presenting it to a group of ,arbitrators :The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including Educating teachers of the Arabic language, directing their attention to the importance of modern educational designs, and holding training courses; To train them to apply these designs, approve the proposed educational design, and put it into practice in developing the language skills of the second intermediate grade students .

As an extension of the research, and in order to complete his requirements, the researcher :suggested conducting a number of studies, including Conducting a study; To know the effectiveness of the proposed instructional design in other variables, such as: attitude, tendency towards material, and skills acquisition Preparing a proposed educational design according to modern proposed educational strategies in .developing language skills and creative thinking, in different educational stages
