Arabic Abstract

شهد العالم الإسلامي في بدايات القرن الماضي احداثا و تطورات فكرية مهمة تمثلت في تحركات تتبنى افكارا اصلاحية و تجديدية تهدف الى تغيرات جذرية على الصعيد الاجتماعي و الاقتصادي و السياسي و الفكري فظهرت لأول مرة مصطلحات ناغمت عقول متلقيها بالقبول و التأييد كالتجديد و الاصلاح و التغيير و التطور.

ان الخلط الحاصل في ادراك كنة و مغزى هذه المصطلحات الجميلة التي تغنى بها الشعراء و لاكتها ألسن السياسيين و الدعاة و المصلحين و دخلت في أدبياتنا المقروءة و المسموعة دون امعان النظر في كنه مدا ليلها مما اصاب فكرنا بأضرار كبيرة تعدت حدود الحوار الهادئ بين علماء المذاهب المختلفة و مفكريهم المبني على الرأي و الرأي الآخر وفق تلاقح فكري بناء بل تعدت ذلك بوصولها الى عوام الناس و استغلت من أجل اغراض معينة وذلك بحمل هذا المفهوم على ذاك فأصبح الاصلاح افسادا و التجديد تهورا و هكذا و تفاقم الامر نتيجة لهذا الفهم الخاطئ لتسيل ابحر من الدماء.

ان من الخطأ بمكان اعتبار التجديد هدفا في ذاته فليس صحيحا و لا صحيا ان يكون التجديد من اجل التجديد بل هو وسيلة ترمي الى المساهمة في ايجاد حلول يتطلبها الواقع المعاصر و متغيراته المتجددة على وفق ضوابط تشرف عليها الشريعة المقدسة و من اهم تلك الضوابط الاجتهاد سواء أكان مجاله التشريع ام توسعة هذا المجال ليشمل الفكر و الثقافة.

من المهم هنا ان نذكر انه لا تجديد في ثوابت الشريعة وكلياتها واصولها العامة فمجاله ينحصر فيما لا نص فيه كما ان التجديد يقوم على الاجتهاد فلا تجديد بدون اجتهاد على وفق ضوابط اسموها بمعدات الاجتهاد.

و لا يكون التجديد ابتكارا بل هو بناء لمفاهيم مضت و استدعت ضرورة الامة و خياراتها ان تعيد النظر فيها على ضوء المعطيات و الافكار الجديدة.

English Abstract

In the early years of the last century, the Islamic world witnessed important intellectual events and developments represented in movements that adopted reform and renewal ideas aimed at radical changes on the social, economic, political and intellectual levels.

Its recipients are accepted and supported, such as renewal, reform, change, and development.

The confusion that occurred in realizing the essence and significance of these beautiful terms that poets sang and licked off by politicians, preachers and reformers, and entered into our written and audio literature without carefully considering how the course of its night was, which caused great damage to our thought that went beyond the limits of quiet dialogue between scholars of different sects.

And their thinkers based on opinion and other opinion on the basis of constructive intellectual cross-fertilization, but they bypassed that by reaching the common people and exploiting them for specific purposes by bearing this concept on that, so reform became corruption, reckless renewal, and so on, and the matter was exacerbated by this mistaken understanding of the flow of the bloody sail.

It is wrong to regard renewal as a goal in itself.

It is neither correct nor healthy for renewal to be for the sake of renewal, but rather a means aimed at contributing to finding solutions required by contemporary reality and its renewed variables according to controls supervised by the holy law.

Or expand this field to include thought and culture.

It is important to mention here that there is no renewal in the fundamentals of Sharia and its faculties and general principles, for its field is limited to what is not stipulated in it, just as renewal is based on ijtihad, and there is no renewal without ijtihad according to the rules called the equipment of Ijtihad.

Renewal is not an innovation, but rather a construction of concepts that have passed.

The necessity for the nation and its options to be reconsidered in the light of new data and ideas.
