التراث الثقافي هو المعبر عن الهوية الثقافية للمجتمعات و المعبر عن الجذور التاريخية و الحضارية لها لقد لاقت المخطوطات اهتماما بالغا من قبل الباحثين و الدارسين لأن المخطوط دعامة مهمة من دعائم التراث و التاريخ.
و من أجل هذا أنشت معاهد و مراكز لتحقيق التراث قصد جمع المخطوطات و صيانتها و تحقيق ما يستحق التحقيق منها و التي هي بحاجة إلى عناية خاصة سواء من ناحية الحفظ و الصيانة.
و هذا البحث من أجل تنوير الدارسين و المهتمين بأهمية المخطوطات وكيفية تجنب السلوكات الخاطئة التي تؤدي إلى إتلاف الكثير من هذه الكنوز التي نحن بحاجة ماسة إليها.

Cultural heritage is the expression of the cultural identity of societies, and expresses the historical and civilizational roots of them.
manuscripts have received great attention by researchers and scholars, because the manuscript is an important pillar of heritage and history.
for this reason, heritage investigation institutes and centres have been established in order to collect and maintain manuscripts, and to achieve what is worth investigating.
