Abstract EN

Algeria suffers major economic problems, which hinders on durable development among them are decreasing currency , which was the result of absence of Advance planning based on correct foundations in all areas As well as the complete absence of the state's intention to advance the economy, especially in the last two decades, added to this, corruption which hits many differents public institutions.

And since the economy in Algeria, unfortunately, is based to a large degree on economic public institutions activity , which is known as the economic public sector, is high time government applied true governance for development in this sector, It is based on correct constituents, to preserve public money and promote durable development.

This last one has an integrative relationship and it’s very much related to governance.

So we will try to talk about in this scientific paper
