Abstract EN

This article highlights the application of the principle of national solidarity in Algeria in the light of the Corona epidemic (Covid19), given that it is a crisis measure that overlaps with what is economic, social, legal and financial, as this epidemiological situation forces the State as a representative of society to take actions and decisions to address the negative repercussions and consequences, and to reparation the damages and alleviate the suffering caused.

This article highlighted the role of Algerian legislators and regulators in protecting those affected by certain crises and disasters, and showed how the public authorities in Algeria had issued a series of legal texts requiring compensation based on the principle of national solidarity prior to the Corona epidemic (Covid19), but under the epidemic and through the decisions issued, the State is ready to compensate the victims.
