The crime of trafficking in human organs is one of the most prominent emerging crimes, because it innovates new tools and methods in its implementation, and it is keen to employ the latest findings of scientific progress and technical development, given that the issue of trafficking in human organs has become of great interest at all global, regional and national levels.

One of the most important topics in many conferences held, whether at the global level, the United Nations or at the regional level, was the European Council and the Council of Arab Interior Ministers.

Through this research, we decided to shed light on the phenomenon of trafficking in human organs, which in recent years exceeded the capabilities of governments and international organizations and posed a real threat to their safety and security, and became an obstacle to their growth and development.
