هدفت هذه الدراسة لإبراز دور آليات الحوكمة في تفعيل أداء الشركة الجزائرية للتأمينات(CAAT) ممثلة في: مجلس الإدارة المراجعة الداخلية إدارة المخاطر الخبير الاكتواري حيث قمنا بتوزيع 50 استمارة استبان على الموظفين وتم استرجاع 34 استبانة للدراسة.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للحوكمة على الأداء الإداري المالي التأميني و التنافسي للشركة الجزائرية للتأمينات الأمر الذي انعكس إيجابا على مستوى أدائها
Abstract EN
This study aimed to highlight the role of governance mechanisms in activating the performance of the Algerian Insurance Company (CAAT) represented by: Board of Directors, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Actuary, where we distributed 50 questionnaires to employees and 34 questionnaires were retrieved for the study.
The study concluded that there is a statistically significant impact of governance on the administrative, financial, insurance and competitive performance of the Algerian Insurance Company, which was reflected positively on the level of its performance.
